Sandy takes our Best Overall Company of the Year for 2010 at the prestigious Stevie Awards in New York from over 1,200 nominations for consideration in over 50 categories.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business has been hailed as the world's premier business awards, recognising the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, entrepreneurs, and the organizations they run. Sandy Forster has once again been recognised as an outstanding entrepreneur after being named a Finalist in several categories in the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevies honour women executives, entrepreneurs and the companies they run and have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards. Winners will be announced during a gala event at Time Square in New York next month.

Sandy has been selected as a Finalist in Entrepreneur of the Year, along with three of her companies gaining recognition; InspiredSpiritCoachingAcademy.com and WildlyWealthy.com as Best Overall Company of the Year and Inspired Spirit Publishing as Best New Company of the Year. Sandy Forster's business expertise has once again been recognised after being named a finalist in the 2010 Sunshine Coast Excellence in Business Awards!

This follows hot on the heels of her recent win as 2010 Business of the Year in the Australian Home-based Business Awards.

Sandy is over the moon, as this award recognises her latest business venture - The Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy.com, a cutting edge Life Coaching Academy with hundreds of coaches in training from 5 countries worldwide.

The Academy launched just 2 short years ago and has plans for even further international expansion. "The training we offer empowers our clients to be the best they can be and allows them to then coach others to create a life they love" says Forster.

Incorporating the Law of Attraction (made massively popular by the world-wide phenomenon "The Secret") with practical skills and business expertise, the academy delivers an innovative training program. "It's unlike any other coach training available today and we've recognised a gap in the market as the program fills within weeks of the launch each year" enthuses Forster.

Sandy Forster has taken out the top honourof Business of the Year in the 2010 Australian Home-based Business Awards. The awards attracted a diverse representation of the home-based business sector - an industry on the rise, with more than 67 per cent of small businesses based in the home.

Sandy was awarded Australian Business of the Year by the Victorian Minister for Small Business, Joe Helper MP at the Awards ceremony held on Friday at the Convention Centre, Southbank, Melbourne.

“If you’d told me back in High School I’d win a national business award, I would have thought you were out of your mind” laughs Forster who dropped out of Maroochydore High in grade 11. “I opted for easy jobs that allowed me to spend my spare time at the beach - I’ve been a pizza maker, leaflet deliverer, night packer at Coles and aerobics instructor. I even sprayed suntan lotion on tourists at Mooloolaba Beach”

Now with over 98,000 clients and customers from over 108 countries around the world, Forster now mentors other entrepreneurs to success through her award winning businesses WildlyWealthy.com and WildlyWealthyWomen.com.

Fosters’ win has fuelled her passion for helping other entrepreneurs and says “It’s an incredible honour to be recognised as Australian Business of the Year, and I’m looking forward to helping even more women around the world create their own success”.

The prestigious Stevie Awards for Women in Business - Sandy flew to New York to attend this exciting awards ceremony. She was selected from over 1200 entries from exceptional female entrepreneurs, business women and successful companies worldwide as a Finalist in not one but THREE categories. Stevie winners were announced at a gala event held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York in November 2008. Sandy was honored, humbled and thrilled to bits to be named the 2008 International Mentor of the Year. She was the first Australian ever to win a Stevie Award for Women in Business.
