Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Thanks so much for your order, we sincerely appreciate your business.
We also understand that for whatever reason things happen, so we have outlined our policies regarding the sale of our products/services/events below:

We will consider your request for a return or refund for any other reason on an individual basis if you contact us.   You will need to phone our office on 07-5476-5584 and request a return/refund authorisation number.  We do NOT accept items returned without this Authorisation Number and no refund can be issued without the Authorisation number.

Replacement Policy and costs: All products are guaranteed against defects. We will gladly replace any products found defective for up to 60 days, so please use/listen to your product within that time frame.  Unfortunately we cannot replace after 60 days - this is good reason to start learning/listening NOW! Please contact our office at info @ wildlywealthy.com (no spaces) regarding a replacement or phone 07-5476-5584. We cannot replace defective products with products of different titles.  All sales are final for downloads.

Please read each products guarantee (if offered) carefully.  We don't exchange or refund simply because you changed your mind or decided that it didn't include something you 'thought' would be in there (our sales pages for each product are extensive, so please read thoroughly to determine if the product is what you're looking for).

If you have been sent a physical Bonus product as part of your product purchase and ask for a refund more than 60 days from when you purchased, if you are eligible for that refund, the price of the bonus physical product will be deducted from your refund amount.
