Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Thanks so much for your order, we sincerely appreciate your business.

We also understand that, for whatever reason, things happen, so we have outlined our policies regarding sales below:

We will consider your request for a return or refund for any other reason on an individual basis if you contact us. You will need to phone our office on 07-5476-5584 and request a return/refund authorisation number. We do NOT accept items returned without this Authorisation Number and no refund can be issued without the Authorisation number.

Product Replacement Policy and Costs: All products are guaranteed against defects. We will gladly replace any products found defective for up to 60 days, so please use/listen to your product within that time frame. Unfortunately we cannot replace after 60 days - this is good reason to start learning/listening NOW! Please contact our office at info @ wildlywealthy.com (no spaces) regarding a replacement or phone 07-5476-5584. We cannot replace defective products with products of different titles.

All sales are final for downloadable products, these are not returnable.

Some products or services can be cancelled (please note terms for individual products/services or events).

If you have committed to contribute a chapter to a book, there are no refunds under any circumstances. However in some instances we can transfer you to a future book project if required.

If you have been sent a physical bonus product as part of your product purchase and ask for a refund more than 60 days from when you purchased, if you are eligible for that refund, the price of the bonus physical product will be deducted from your refund amount.
